Provisional Certification - the Claim

Keith Rutledge, Susan Brown, and Branden Durst claim that Susie Luckey's certification was fraudulent, that the State Board of Education is responsible for not catching Keith's error, and are requesting her certification be revoked before Durst will send his application in.

By signing the application for Susie Luckey's certification, Keith attested that there was an emergency.  That was all the SBOE required.  Idaho works under a model of local control, and the SBOE is not required to follow up and determine whether or not a board follows their own policies.  This is really about Keith trying to cover up incompetence and shift the blame somewhere - anywhere - else.
